Our lighting is a little more complex to ship, therefore the shipping price is higher at a rate from £5.95. The price will vary slightly depending on the size of the light.
If you're purchasing ARCFORM lighting, this is custom made to order, therefore takes 4-5 weeks to create for you.
Please note our lighting is not stocked and some lights vary on timelines. We will always do out best to reflect that in the listings, but it is not always possible to update stocks as accurate as we'd like due to high demands. We'd advise that you contact us if your lighting us urgent so we can advise an accurate shipping date.
Packaging Info:We believe in doing our little bit, for the planet where possible, in every aspect of our business. We like to reuse packaging or recycle it from what we receive from our suppliers. We choose to wrap your item(s) in reused plastic if you see any &/or paper. We also use eco dissolvable peanuts as filler, these bad boys, dissolve in water, leaving no trace of them. So if you have any of these in your packaging, simply pop them in your sink or bath, run water over them and they will dissolve. Simply magic!
We also encourage you to reuse our boxes or packaging you receive, where possible. In the words of some brilliant marketeers, every little helps!
We're not perfect and won't always get it right, but we think trying is half the battle, but we do know your parcels will be safely packed and shipped to you in the very best way possible.

Returns Mantra:
Before returning your item(s) to us, please get in contact with our team, via email beforehand, just so we know to expect it, please email: hello@hibehome.co.uk
We offer a 30 day return policy, so if your purchase is within 30 days of your purchase date, you can send to us, hassle free and once we receive it back to us here at Hibe, in tact, in the condition it was sent out, we will process your refund, which can take up to 5 working days, this is due to different banks having different processing times! Typical. If your purchase is out of your purchase date, ping over an email anyway to: hello@hibehome.co.uk and we will see what we can do for you.
Returns do need to be returned at your own cost, but once received, we will refund your original purchase, excluding shipping. Sadly as a small business we can't refund your returned shipping cost. Eventually we hope, with your support, to offer paid returns, but only until we get bigger we are afraid....

Not a damaged item:
If you're returning an item, that is not damaged, please contact us first, via email, as we may be able to offer an alternative solution you never know! Then send it back to the returns address above, once our returns team receive it back, in the condition it was sent out in, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Sadly we can't refund you back the cost of the return, unless it was damaged. Once it arrives into our returns team, refunds can take up to 5 working days to land back into your bank account, this is due to different bank processing times. We promise it will be done as soon as humanly possible our end.
Received a damaged item:
In the rare event you have received your item(s) damaged, please email a picture to us first, along with your order number & name, this is so we have evidence for our suppliers or couriers, if we have it still in stock we will send out a replacement, no questions asked, as some of our products are handmade, and stocks are low, we sadly may not be able to replace it for you, so we will refund you in full instead! Again refunds can take up to 5 days to process, this is due to different banks having different processing times. We will always process our end as soon as possible for you.
Replacements:
If stocks allow, we will offer you a replacement, whether you've made the wrong choice or received a damaged item (which is extremely rare, because we're demon packers!) Just get in touch, to start the conversation to a solution that suits you.

We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £75.
Delivery & Shipping Info:We only use reputable couriers, mainly Royal Mail & DHL, to make sure your parcels arrive as quickly and securely as possible.
All delivery and shipping services include, experienced packers expertise and secure quality packaging to keep your items as secure as possible in transit to you.
If your order is below £75, these are our UK shipping rates, including addresses in the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. We've tried to keep shipping prices as simple as possible.
Standard Delivery: (Excluding lighting)
Delivery times below include our processing times, so the time it takes to wrap, pack and courier it to your door:
- Standard delivery (2-5 days) - £4.00
Express Delivery:
Need it faster? Don't worry we've got you covered. You can select this option at checkout. If you don't want to pay the extra, but need it quicker, please do not hesitate to contact us or add a note at checkout on your order and we will do our best to speed up your parcel for you.
On faster services, we always send it tracked, so you can track it directly to your door. We'll send you your tracking number once your order has been processed.
Please note: If you order after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend, your parcel will not be sent out until Monday, so please factor in the extra time.
- Express delivery (1-2 days) - £7.00
International delivery rates will be calculated at checkout. They may seem higher than other companies, but that is because we will only send international parcels on insured, quicker & signed for services to ensure it arrives in tact and tracked. Please note that if you're looking to send your parcel overseas, you are responsible for any custom taxes or costs, upon entry of the parcel into your chosen country.

Lighting:
Our lighting is a little more complex to ship, therefore the shipping price is higher at a rate from £5.95. The price will vary slightly depending on the size of the light.
If you're purchasing ARCFORM lighting, this is custom made to order, therefore takes 4-5 weeks to create for you.
Please note our lighting is not stocked and some lights vary on timelines. We will always do out best to reflect that in the listings, but it is not always possible to update stocks as accurate as we'd like due to high demands. We'd advise that you contact us if your lighting us urgent so we can advise an accurate shipping date.
Packaging Info:We believe in doing our little bit, for the planet where possible, in every aspect of our business. We like to reuse packaging or recycle it from what we receive from our suppliers. We choose to wrap your item(s) in reused plastic if you see any &/or paper. We also use eco dissolvable peanuts as filler, these bad boys, dissolve in water, leaving no trace of them. So if you have any of these in your packaging, simply pop them in your sink or bath, run water over them and they will dissolve. Simply magic!
We also encourage you to reuse our boxes or packaging you receive, where possible. In the words of some brilliant marketeers, every little helps!
We're not perfect and won't always get it right, but we think trying is half the battle, but we do know your parcels will be safely packed and shipped to you in the very best way possible.
