Nibble Bowl Story:
Hand carved by Daniel, one of QASA QASA talented wood carvers in southern Tanzania, each bowl takes a day to make. Daniel uses a free hand technique that allows him to have more control over the shape and achieve the beautifully tactile finish.
Each piece has its own unique wood grain and showcases the raw natural beauty of African Blackwood. QASA QASA work directly with our group of Makonde wood carvers who are renowned for their craftsmanship, a skill passed down for generations from father to son.
Brought to you by QASA QASA, Ethical homewares and gifts for sustainable living, hand-crafted in East Africa. Each item empowers artisans and comes with its own special story.
